THE IN-STUDIO GUARANTEE
We want you to completely love your portrait experience, which is why we proudly offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our craftsmanship. In the rare event that you do not love your images, we will completely redo your session on the exact same studio set design/location with your original wardrobe selection. To protect our studio time, this guarantee must be explicitly claimed in person during your private photo reveal appointment before any images are finalized, downloaded, or delivered.
THE RESHOOT PARAMETERS
Please note that a scheduled satisfaction guarantee reshoot is a complete reset of your session, meaning all original files from your first shoot are permanently expunged and will no longer be available for viewing or purchase. While your corrective camera time and set access are fully covered by the studio, professional hair and editorial makeup styling services are not included at our cost and must be covered independently for the new date. Finally, we enforce a strict no-refunds policy across all retainers, and any unused account funds will be exclusively issued as a versatile studio credit.

Our standard studio sessions begin promptly at 9:00 AM to ensure your hair, makeup, and portrait creation unfold seamlessly on the exact same day. We shoot exclusively Monday through Friday, and any specialized weekend requests must be handled manually via email with a required minimum total spend of $3200.
SENIOR SESSIONS & GOLDEN HOUR: Since most senior portraits rely on golden hour outdoor light, your selected calendar time is simply a date placeholder! You can go ahead and pick a date on the calendar now (the exact start time will be finalized after booking), or select the "I'll pick my date later" button below.
Please note that your selected date remains pending until our team manually reviews availability, and you can expect an official response within two business days to lock in your calendar spot.
IMPORTANT: Your payment processing takes place on the very next screen. Please complete the check-out workflow entirely or your session date will not be secured by our system.
